Student Visa Malaysia at OCS Jakarta

Hello there ! Happy Sunday !
so I'd like to tell you about my experience hmm first experience for making the student visa Malaysia. So easy !
If you read my past post you will know that I tell you about my plan to have a student exchange program in Malaysia, so this is the result :) LOA (Letter of Acceptanc) and Visa Approval Letter are already in my hands.....next ? I must take care the Visa from Embassy of Malaysia in Indonesia.
Before I plan to go there (Jakarta) I've to search all about how to make student visa Malaysia and also go to Embassy of Malaysia Jakarta's website and read the FAQ. The result, now to make Visa, Embassy of Malaysia choose the third part ( hmm pihak ketiga maksudnya hehe). One Center Service (OCS). Thus I must go to OCS Jakarta , it placed in Menara Palma 18th floor, Kuningan , and the embassy of Malaysia is in the opposite side of Menara Palma.
I call the OCS to ask what must I prepared to get the student visa, and she said i must prepare :

  1. The LOA
  2. Visa Approval Letter
  3. 1 Pas Photo 4x6 background: white
  4. fotocopy KTP/KK
  5. fotocopy passport + passport
  6. Money IDR 876.000
01.02.2018, I decide to go to Jakarta from Jatinangor with my research partner ko Casey ( his call name from me hehe) he drive his car....we go there at 07.30 am and arrive in Jakarta hmm about 10.45 am but we must find the Kuningan location to pick up our friend..Aldy...Kuningan is really crowded...unfortunately Ko Casey and I can't find Aldy...he asked us to pick up him at Kuningan Barat station but when we pass it, He's not already there, and we are forbidden to stop, so we must turn around and around...

we already pass the Menara Palma, and Ko Casey's father is already there...but we still on the street to find Aldy and his mother....hmmm until the fourth round..finally we can pick Aldy and his mother...and go to Menara Palma...

ahh this is so funny...

Arrive....and...Ko Casey asked Aldy, his mother, and I to go to 18th floor first, because he will meet his father in the lobby...so we choose the different lift...

when the lift is open... I really shock! I must go to 18th floor but the panel showed just 11 th floor...I told Aldy...and He is shock too....We don't know what to do.....so we push the 11th floor button...
Kaskus Office....I asked a man that pass that place...He said we must go to 3rd floor and crossing the building....



Okay..we used the same lift again...but the smell is different...and Aldy really care about that smell ^^" hehe
3rd floor....

when the lift open....I really  haven't any idea...so I asked a group of staff...and one of them said we must go downstairs and asked the security to open the access for us....

okay we go there...and what? there's no security here .... surprise! he is there...the security asked us about where we will go...and I explain that we wanna go to 18th floor....you know...
The security is not giving the pass but he asked us to go to the lobby first and get the pass there using our ID....we laughing and sure we go to the lift again....and Aldy said " wahh Dio ngerjain kita" hahah but he even don't know what happen and what to do...


Break Time for that Office...so we can't get our ID...we should wait until 01.00 pm to change our ID with the pass card...
For not wasting time... I and Aldy go to the ATM to take the money for our Visa bill...I must take IDR 3.400.000 and the ATM can't be used to take all of them in one section... I already try twice for take IDR 2.000.000 and IDR 1.500.000 and it can't...so the third try....YES it can...IDR 1.000.000 because of me there are so many people make a line for use the ATM hehe peace guys!


After that I wanna go to toilet...and the toilet is in the basement so  Aldy, his mother , and I go to toilet...and Ko Casey and his father are in the canteen that the location also in the basement...
After that Aldy, his mother,and I go to the lobby again....suddenly Aldy wanna eat gorengan but his mother disagree with him..and asked him to eat in the canteen...so we go downstairs again to basement specially canteen and we meet Ko casey and his father....
I still full..but Aldy's mother bought  me a bowl of noodle...than I really thankful... and you know...the noodle is really amazing delicious....and Ko casey's father bought us drinks... thai tea with jelly... I just feel...okay I have a step mother and also a step father..heheh
01.00 pm.... Okay we change our ID and go to 18th floor...now Ko Casey wanna go to toilet but we must wait for the lift....hmmm take a few time...so he decide to go to the toilet first...but when he turns back...the lift open...so he is not going to the toilet and follow us to come into the lift...

18th floor....
arrive...we're waiting for Ko casey...and come in...the security of OCS give us the form...and we fill it...After that one by one...our name are called by the cashier...so must pay the bill and wait again until we are called....and get the payment notes.

Ko casey and I still not accept this payment...hahah when we're not use OCS and the Embassy still take care the visa we just pay IDR 55.000 for student visa...but use the OCS we must pay IDR 876.000. hehe
Next Ko Casey and I drop Aldy and his mother near his house...and.... Ko casey and I go back to Jatinangor again...
Okay I will tell you about the next...it's a secret :P

Kolej Kediaman Kingfisher UMS - Malaysia part 2.2

Hi there! Okay...Because I already start my research, so I already be a "makmal"s resident (Malaysian Language for laboratorium). I planned to write my story everyday...welll I can't...to tired hehe  back to the topic...so yes, for my exchange program I stay in Kolej Kediaman Kingfisher UMS, this place is the International Dormitory (?) yeah, it's the special one for the International student, full time student and also the exchange student. I took this photo from the UMS bus. So the blue one is the place for us to waiting for the bus. We must took the bus that have "KF" written on the front of the bus. We get in and the bus will turn around in the UMS. For us (Ko Casey, Aldy, and I) we must tell the driver first if we want to took off in FSMP (Fakulti Sains Makanan dan Pemakan) Food Science and Nutrition Faculty. Oh the bus is FREE for UMS Student and it's available until 10.00 pm. How about the home? so there're so many rules for t...

Malaysia Part 2.1 - Research Project in Malaysia, Sabah

Oh ya lanjutan nih...di Malay bakal spent kurang lebih 80 hari dari tanggal 11 Februari sampai 2 Mei 2018...aku sih cukup membawa 314 RM dan cadangan hasil lembur 290 RM...cukuplah...irit-irit hehe Ku stand by baby food, susu, dan Indomie hehe Okay...tiba di Kuala Lumpur... langsung segera Check In dan seperti yang sebelumnya kita lewat Imigration Check lagi...kali ini ditanya- tanya dan diminta LOA nya dan visa approval nya... Aldy dapet petugas yang sangat terlihat garang cuy...seram... ku dapat yang tegas dan entah berasa keren cakap bahasa Inggris hahahaha Ko Casey dapat hmmm ku tidak terlalu memperhatikan karena beda meja gitu hehe Okay..berjalan lewati tempat - tempat... kita sempat di foto oleh Pak Robi hahaha Gate A11...oh sebelumnya kita lewatin hall di Kuala Lumpur International Airport bagus bett...ada toys apa gitu mainan anak-anak intinya dan aneka Kit-Kat ku lihat dan banyak lagi... oh belajar 1 kosa kata...toilet = tandas hehe Di ruang tunggu ...

My Roommate - An Accidentally Surprise Moment in The Midnight at Kolej Kediaman Kingfisher UMS

Ohayou! Okay I think I will use another language for the beginning because I almost say " Hello there or Hi there" in every post. And I wanna try to practice the language. So in this post that I will tell you is about my roommate and also housemate...so Just like in my post about Kolej Kediamana Kingfisher, in my house there are  3 rooms that consist of 1 room for single room, 1 room for double room, and 1 room for triple.
